OUTDOOR SCHOOL BRAND BOOK

This brand redesign was for a Portland-area nonprofit educational organization called Outdoor School. The program sends middle school students to camp during the school year for hands-on environmental science education as part of their curriculum. I chose this organization because of their dedication to hands on learning for kids in nature.

Every element of the redesign draws inspiration from nature and education. The project spanned three months and included company research, project brief development, logo and icon creation, website and collateral design, plus layout of the final brand book. I stayed in contact with an Outdoor School representative throughout the process who provided documents and insights that kept the project grounded in their real needs.

The most rewarding design projects are often the ones where your personal values align with the organization's mission.
